The Property

• Repoint ridge tiles and replace broken roof tiles or slates

• Clean or repaint soffits and fascias

• Unblock drains and down pipes

• Empty the gutters and wipe them down to remove grime

• Clean or repaint the garage door

• Repaint any woodwork & wooden windows

• Clean window glass and frames

• Repaint masonry 

The Garden

• Cut the grass, weed borders and trim hedges

• Repair garden fences and gates

• Tidy the garden and pressure wash drives and paths

• Remove rubbish and old vehicles

• Put caravans into storage

• Remove Christmas decorations from the external of the property
